Scottish conveyancing case tied to settlement / date of entry milestone.
✉️ Step 2: Invitations & Onboarding
Seller invites Seller Solicitor; Seller Solicitor invites Buyer Solicitor; Buyer Solicitor invites Buyer.
🔑 Step 3: Smart-Home Accounts & Relay
Seller adds account credentials. Platform provisions an alias relay address. Pre-release: Buyer gets 403. Post-release: Buyer gets access.
⚖️ Step 4: Dual Solicitor Settlement Confirmation
Both solicitors must confirm with matching Date of Entry. On second match, Step Functions executes release automatically.
💷 Step 5: Financial Ledger & Adjustments
Parties propose credits/apportionments (e.g. heating oil remaining). Net payable is settled on solicitor statement.
